Welcome to Network Football — a football networking group based in London that connects working professionals through weekly football matches and events. By accessing our website, signing up, attending our sessions, or engaging with our communications, you agree to the following terms.

1. Eligibility

Our sessions are open to individuals who:

Are aged 18 or older
Are working professionals or business owners
Have registered and agreed to the terms herein

We reserve the right to refuse or revoke access if a participant's conduct is deemed inappropriate or disruptive.

2. Booking & Payment

All bookings must be made in advance via our website or designated booking platform.
Payments are non-refundable unless an event is cancelled by Network Football.
In the event of a no-show, refunds or credits will not be issued unless agreed in writing in advance.

3. Cancellations and Changes

We reserve the right to cancel, reschedule or relocate a session for reasons including (but not limited to) weather conditions, pitch availability, or insufficient player numbers.
In the event of cancellation by us, you may receive a refund or credit for future sessions.
Changes will be communicated via email, WhatsApp, or text message.

4. Player Conduct

All players are expected to:

Respect other participants and referees
Play safely and in the spirit of fair competition
Avoid aggressive behaviour, offensive language, or discrimination of any kind

Failure to comply may result in removal from the session and/or future bans without refund.

5. Liability Disclaimer

By participating in any Network Football session, you acknowledge that:

Football is a physical activity with risk of injury
You participate at your own risk
Network Football, its organisers, and its affiliates are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage sustained during our sessions

Participants are advised to consult a healthcare professional before taking part in physical activity, especially if they have a history of medical conditions or injuries.

6. Use of Photos & Videos

We may capture photos or videos at our events for use in marketing materials, newsletters, and social media. If you wish not to appear in media, please notify us in writing or let a team organiser know at the session.

7. Privacy Policy

Your personal data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which outlines how your information is collected, stored, and used.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our website and in our communications (including logos, branding, and written content) is owned by Network Football and may not be used or reproduced

without permission.
